Where are you located? What are your hours?

We are located Inside Paducah Meal Prep Co at 3240 Lone Oak Rd. Suite A. At this time, we ONLY meet clients by appointment. Baked by Caryn is a non traditional bakery servicing clients on a pre-order basis. Give us a call at 270-216-0644 to schedule a consultation, cake tasting or to discuss your order.

How far in advanced should I book my wedding cake?

Wedding cakes should typically be booked 6–9 months in advance, especially for peak wedding months. Availability is limited, and dates are reserved on a first-come basis once a contract is signed and the retainer is received.

Do you offer Cake Tastings?

Yes. Wedding cake tastings are offered by appointment and are designed to help finalize flavor selections and discuss design details. Tastings are available once your wedding date is secured or during select booking windows. Click Here to Schedule an Appointment.

Is delivery required?

Delivery is optional for two-tier cakes or smaller and for dessert tables. Delivery is required for three-tier cakes and larger to ensure proper handling and setup.

Delivery within McCracken County, KY is $50. For locations outside of McCracken County, delivery is $50 plus $1 per mile round trip.

Multi-tier cakes require careful transportation and on-site setup. Delivery allows us to handle this process directly and ensure your cake arrives and is presented exactly as designed.

Do you do Groom's Cakes or Dessert Tables?

Yes. In addition to wedding cakes, dessert tables and groom’s cakes are available and can be designed to coordinate with your wedding cake and overall celebration.

How do I get started?

To begin, complete the Wedding Cake Inquiry Form. From there, you’ll receive information on availability, next steps, and scheduling a tasting if your date is available.

Do I need to place a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit (Also known as a retainer) is due when placing your order. On average, a deposit is 50% of your order total. This is to save your date, purchase supplies, & to turn down other orders to ensure you receive your cake on the date requested. We are a small bakery with limited amount of hours to bake & decorate. ORDERS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID.

What type of payment do you take?

We take cash or all major credit cards. We can also send you payment links online via email/text.
